My love for life isn't rooted in its constant goodness; rather, it's been cultivated through navigating a myriad of challenges and adversities through my Father’s goodness. From enduring chronic illness and strained family dynamics to grappling with infertility, adoption, and the complexities of parenting children with RAD, ADHD, and ADD, my journey has been marked by trials. Additionally, I've faced betrayal, conflicts within my faith community, job loss, and financial hardships. Most profoundly, I've experienced the devastating losses of both my 21-year-old son, Sterling, in 2014, and our 26-year-old son, Marc, in 2019.

Yet, amidst the darkness and despair, I've found solace in the unwavering presence of God. He has illuminated facets of His character to me in ways that have reshaped my entire perspective. These moments of trial serve as refining fires, prompting me to surrender to His sovereign will. In the depths of despair, I've unearthed the invaluable treasure of my Father’s abiding presence. He sustains me in moments of weariness, infuses hope in times of despair, and grants joy amidst the most profound pain. Through His strength, I've discovered the resilience to triumph over adversity, even when defeat threatens to consume me.

I am passionate about spreading awareness of God's unwavering love, His omnipotence, omnipresence, and His purpose that permeates all things. My ultimate desire is for everyone to embrace the sheer joy that comes from knowing the Lord and allowing His presence to saturate every aspect of their existence.

My calling involves empowering and inspiring individuals to integrate God's teachings into every facet of their lives, fostering a deeper and more profound relationship with Him. I find great fulfillment in journeying alongside others, offering support as they share their experiences, process their emotions, and gain fresh perspectives on life's everyday challenges and conflicts.

As a Heartsync Facilitator, Life Coach, Grief and Trauma Specialist, Mental Health First Responder, Mediator, and the Founder of The Sterling Rose Sanctuary—a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to providing resources for hope and healing to those navigating grief—I rely wholeheartedly on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is through His discernment and wisdom that I am able to establish meaningful connections with my clients, empowering them to unlock their God-given potential and embrace a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.

I delight in the abundant blessings that God has bestowed upon me in this life. I find myself captivated and rejuvenated by the beauty that surrounds me, whether it's the serene shores of the beach, the exhilarating rhythm of dance, the creative process of decorating, or the enriching time spent studying the Word of God.

Moreover, I cherish moments of connection with friends, the deepening of relationships with loved ones, and the precious time spent with my family and children. Traveling to new places, coaching, and uplifting others through encouragement are also sources of great joy and fulfillment for me.

Above all, I wholeheartedly embrace the freedom that the Lord has graciously granted me, and it is my earnest desire for others to experience and live in that same freedom.

I am blessed to be married to my best friend and partner in all adventures! My love for my husband continues to grow with each passing day. He has been a shining example of Christ's love not only to me but also to our children, consistently encouraging us to embrace our God-given purposes and serving as one of my most ardent supporters.

Despite the trials we face, our Father consistently guides us back to joy through the experience of His boundless love. Our family is a testament to the beauty of diversity, with three of our five children being adopted, each bringing a unique blend of cultures and backgrounds into our home. Among them is a beautiful biracial baby girl, as well as two boys, a charming sibling pair of Mexican-American heritage. Our biological children complete the family circle, adding their own special presence to our wonderfully diverse household.

For 26 years, we had the privilege of homeschooling our children, a journey we view as a profound gift from God. Homeschooling isn't just an educational choice; it's a lifestyle that continues to shape how we navigate life together. Each of our children has discovered their unique passions, enriching our lives in countless ways.

Though our hearts bear the weight of loss, having experienced the tragic passing of our oldest son in 2014 and our second-oldest son in 2019, we find solace in the hope of reunion in our heavenly home. Their absence is deeply felt every day, but we cling to the promise of being reunited with them in the presence of our loving Father.

Marcia Earhart holds a BS in Family Relations and Child Development from Meredith College, along with a teaching certification for grades 6-12. She has undergone extensive training in counseling and coaching, earning certifications in Life, Grief, Trauma, and Mental Health from Light University. Additionally, she is a trained Mediator and Heartsync Minister.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience and a wealth of education, Marcia is a highly skilled Heartsync Facilitator, Life Coach, Grief Counselor, Trauma Specialist, Mental Health Coach, and Mediator. Her dedication lies in helping clients deepen their relationship with the Lord while facilitating healing of the heart.
